Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

Subscription fees for the Mailverick platform ("the Service") are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused email volume, or time remaining on an active plan.

2. Cancellation and Access Until the End of the Paid Period

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. It simply does not renew afterward, and you are not charged again.

Since access continues through the period you have paid for, no refund is issued for its unused portion.

3. Plan Changes: Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and your email volume allowance is increased on the same prorated basis for that period.

When you switch to a lower plan, you keep the features and volume of your current plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. The lower plan takes effect at your next renewal. We do not refund or credit the difference for the period already paid at the higher plan.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate. Charges confirmed to be made in error will be refunded.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases of the Service. Refunds, where applicable under this policy or required by law, are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

6. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where a refund is required by applicable law, we will honor it regardless of the terms above.
